Cine no visto, Festival de Cine independiente, nace con el esp\u00edritu de dar visibilidad a aquellas obras cuyo recorrido no es el habitual y que tienen m\u00e1s dificultades para ser proyectadas y llegar al p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>

Para el festival, la prioridad es el contenido por encima de la forma, la historia m\u00e1s que el presupuesto, qu\u00e9 se est\u00e1 contando y c\u00f3mo se cuenta, partiendo de la base de que los proyectos participantes cuentan\u00a0con un bajo presupuesto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Queremos contar con obras diferentes, arriesgadas y con un esp\u00edritu transgresor, obras realizadas por un equipo de autores para los cuales un bajo presupuesto no es un impedimento para poder contar una buena historia.<\/span><\/p>

1. Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>
El principal objetivo del Festival Cine No Visto es dar visibilidad a producciones de
cine independiente de bajo coste que, por diferentes razones, no llegan a un
p\u00fablico mayoritario y cuyo principal recorrido es el circuito de festivales.
Desde la organizaci\u00f3n somos conscientes de la complejidad de sacar adelante un
proyecto con pocos medios. Por ello, el despliegue t\u00e9cnico no ser\u00e1 un elemento
determinante en la selecci\u00f3n. Nos interesa especialmente qu\u00e9 se cuenta y el
simbolismo de cada plano.
No obstante, se valorar\u00e1n todos los aspectos cinematogr\u00e1ficos: interpretaci\u00f3n,
edici\u00f3n, fotograf\u00eda, m\u00fasica, guion, sonido y, en definitiva, todos los elementos que
intervienen en la realizaci\u00f3n de la obra.
El festival tiene vocaci\u00f3n de descubrir obras que han tenido poco recorrido
comercial o escasa visibilidad en salas de cine.\u00e7<\/p>

importe bruto, impuestos incluidos, estando sujetas a las retenciones fiscales o

4. Requisitos de participaci\u00f3n<\/strong>
1. Podr\u00e1n participar proyectos audiovisuales de bajo presupuesto, realizados a
partir de enero de 2024.
2. La tem\u00e1tica debe ser exclusivamente ficci\u00f3n.
3.Cortometrajes: duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima 15 minutos.
4. Largometrajes: duraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima 60 minutos.
5.Obras cuyo idioma original no sea el castellano deber\u00e1n incluir subt\u00edtulos en
castellano.
6. La inscripci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de las plataformas oficiales del festival:

En casos excepcionales, y cuando las regulaciones del pa\u00eds del participante
lo impidan, se podr\u00e1 enviar la obra por correo electr\u00f3nico.
7. La inscripci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 una tasa de 3,50 \u20ac, destinada a la autofinanciaci\u00f3n del
festival. No se devolver\u00e1 en ning\u00fan caso. Las obras jienenses est\u00e1n exentas de
esta tasa.
8. La persona que inscribe la obra declara ser mayor de edad, actuar de forma
voluntaria, aceptar estas bases y estar debidamente autorizada por el titular de
los derechos de distribuci\u00f3n y exhibici\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a. Una vez inscrita la obra, no
podr\u00e1 retirarse del festival.
9. Todo el contenido de los proyectos deber\u00e1 ser original o contar con las
autorizaciones necesarias para el uso de material realizado por terceros.<\/p>

6. Derechos y exhibici\u00f3n<\/strong>
La organizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 exhibir las pel\u00edculas seleccionadas en las sesiones
p\u00fablicas que considere oportunas durante los d\u00edas del festival.
Las productoras ceden gratuitamente los derechos de exhibici\u00f3n p\u00fablica
durante la celebraci\u00f3n del certamen.
El festival no abonar\u00e1 tasa, impuesto, prima, comisi\u00f3n, gasto de env\u00edo,
devoluci\u00f3n o pago alguno por derechos de exhibici\u00f3n o proyecci\u00f3n.
El festival podr\u00e1 utilizar fragmentos de las obras inscritas con fines
promocionales presentes o futuros.
Las obras seleccionadas podr\u00e1n participar en la muestra MIAX (M\u00e9xico) y Otros

7. Normas de conducta<\/strong>
El festival podr\u00e1 retirar del proceso aquellas obras que promuevan actitudes
sexistas, mis\u00f3ginas o contrarias a los valores del certamen.<\/p>

8. Ayudas de transporte, alojamiento y dietas<\/strong>
La organizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 asumir parcialmente, y siempre que el presupuesto lo
permita, gastos de transporte dentro de la Pen\u00ednsula, alojamiento y dietas de los
premiados que asistan al festival.
Las ayudas no son acumulables entre premios ni entre miembros de un mismo
equipo. Solo se conceder\u00e1 una ayuda por obra.

11TH EDITION CINE NO VISTO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

International low-budget independent film festival<\/span><\/p>

1. Introduction<\/strong>
The main objective of the Unseen Film Festival is to give visibility to low-budget independent film productions that, for various reasons, do not reach a mainstream audience and whose primary distribution is through the festival circuit.
The organizers are aware of the challenges of bringing a project to fruition with limited resources. Therefore, technical aspects will not be a determining factor in the selection process. We are particularly interested in the story being told and the symbolism of each shot.<\/p>

However, all cinematic aspects will be considered: acting, editing, cinematography, music, screenplay, sound, and, ultimately, all the elements involved in the film’s creation.<\/p>

The festival aims to discover works that have had little commercial success or limited visibility in cinemas.<\/p>

7. There is a registration fee of \u20ac3.50, which will go towards the festival’s self-financing. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Works from Ja\u00e9n are exempt from this fee.<\/p>

8. The person registering the work declares that they are of legal age, acting voluntarily, accept these rules, and are duly authorized by the holder of the distribution and exhibition rights in Spain. Once registered, the work cannot be withdrawn from the festival.<\/p>

7. Code of Conduct
The festival may withdraw from the competition any works that promote sexist, misogynistic, or otherwise objectionable attitudes.<\/p>

8. Travel, Accommodation, and Meal Allowances
The organization may partially cover, budget permitting, travel expenses within the Iberian Peninsula, as well as accommodation and meal allowances for award winners attending the festival.
